- Swell Added October 30, 2017★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆These guys are cowboys and bullies. Constantly changing property managers with no handover to new staff. Have to chase them for statements and routine inspection reports. Poor communication and correspondence from agency. Having had rental properties for the past 15 years these guys have been the worst I've used. Landlords beware. If you want your investment we'll looked after don't go with these guys. If you approach them regarding problems they just threaten you with legal action from the Principals brother who is a solicitor. Beware and good luck!
